Bedford based Cast Iron Catering was started by Julie Ruggiero in 1998 and has grown from small beginnings into a thriving business, providing exciting food for weddings, parties and special occasions.

By combining cordon bleu training with her large cast iron pans, Julie produces food that is both different and delicious – often described as "the best party food ever".

The extensive choice of menus, including French, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Malaysian and Moroccan dishes, are all cooked in the magnificent pans (weighing in at 12 stone each) in front of your guests, creating entertainment as well as a real wow factor.  Delicious canapés and Home Baked desserts can also be provided to complement the pan food.

Pricing has been structured to supply delicious food to suit most budgets and events from informal parties to wedding banquets.
